ADRIAN J. GUIDOTTI is an associate with the firm.
Ms. Guidotti, whose practice includes employment-related litigation
at the trial and appellate levels, represents employers in wrongful
termination, discrimination and harassment actions. She also counsels
employers in day to day employment relations issues such as hiring,
promoting, discipline and termination of employees, and compliance
with state and federal employment laws.
Ms. Guidotti graduated from the University of Southern California,
attended the Annenberg School of Communications at the University
of Pennsylvania, and received her law degree from Southwestern University
School of Law. She is admitted to practice before the United States
Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States
District Court for the Central District of California, and all state
courts in California.
