Craig Hoetger is an associate in the firm. He practices exclusively in the area of labor and employment law on behalf of management. Mr. Hoetger graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Michigan State University in 1990 and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School in 1993.
Before joining Ballard Rosenberg Golper & Savitt, Mr. Hoetger practiced labor and employment law at Baker & Hostetler in Columbus, Ohio and Jackson Lewis in Chicago. He has represented clients in state and federal courts, before administrative tribunals, and in arbitration hearings. In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Hoetger worked for ten years as a professional screenwriter.
Mr. Hoetger is a member of the California, Illinois, Ohio and Florida State Bars and is admitted to practice before all California state courts.
