Gordon N. Kojima
exclusively represents management in employment related litigation.
The majority of his cases involve the defense of employers and individuals
accused of wrongful discharge, discrimination and sexual harassment.
He has successfully tried cases in state and federal courts.
Mr. Kojima was previously affiliated with Adams, Duque & Hazeltine,
representing life, health and disability insurers in actions alleging
first party bad faith and violations of the Racketeer Influenced
and Corrupt Organizations Act. He also defended product liability
actions on behalf of chemical companies and automotive manufacturers.
Mr. Kojima is a graduate of Loyola Law School. He has a background
in theater and film and is a member of the Screen Actors Guild.
