Katherine A. Hren is an associate with the firm.
Ms. Hren's practice in employment litigation includes representation
of varied employers against discrimination claims under FEHA, Title
VII, ADEA and FMLA. Her practice includes counseling employers in
many aspects of the employment relationship, including avoidance
of litigation, personnel policies and procedures, terminations,
leaves of absence and reductions in force. Ms. Hren provides representation
in state and federal court and before administrative agencies enforcing
employment laws.
Ms. Hren received her B.A. degree from the University
of California, Irvine and her J.D. degree, with distinction, from
the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and is admitted
as a member of the Order of the Coif.
Ms. Hren is a member of the California Bar Association,
the American Bar Association and the Traynor Honor Society.
