Jacquiline M. Wagner is an associate with the firm
and practices exclusively in the area of labor and employment law
on behalf of management. Ms. Wagner graduated from San Diego State
University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
Ms. Wagner earned her Juris Doctor degree at California Western
School of Law in San Diego, California in 1998. While at California
Western, Ms. Wagner was awarded a position as a staff editor of
the Law Review, and was the recipient of the National Association
of Women Lawyers Award. Ms. Wagner also served as a judicial extern
to the Honorable Barry Ted Moskowitz, Judge, United States District
Court for the Southern District of California.
Ms. Wagner was previously associated with the firm of Saxon, Barry,
Gardner and Kincannon, where she was primarily engaged in defense
of employers in federal and state court litigation, including wrongful
termination, discrimination, and harassment claims. Ms. Wagner has
also advised clients on a wide variety of human resources issues,
represented employers before administrative agencies, negotiated
and drafted employment contractual documents and employee handbooks,
and conducted numerous personnel investigations.
Ms. Wagner is a licensed and active member of the State Bar of California,
and is licensed to practice in the Federal District Courts for the
Southern, Central, Northern and Eastern Districts of California.
