Rami A. Yomtov is an associate with the firm. He practices exclusively in the area of labor and employment law on behalf of management. He has experience in single plaintiff and class action wage-and-hour litigation, and has second-chaired a seven day bench trial for unpaid overtime in the California Superior Court.
Mr. Yomtov graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a minor in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a teaching assistant in the Lawyering Skills & Legal Writing Program, and participated in the law schools Holocaust Restitution Claims Practicum. Following law school, Mr. Yomtov served as a Graduate Law Clerk in the Major Narcotics Division of the San Diego County District Attorneys Office.
Before joining Ballard Rosenberg Golper & Savitt, Mr. Yomtov worked at Spiro Moss, LLP a plaintiff-side law firm in Los Angeles. He is a member of the California Bar and is admitted to practice before all state courts and federal district courts in California.
