Sherrie Lipsky Sheldon is a partner with the firm. Ms. Sheldon is a graduate of
the University of Southern California (B.A., cum laude, 1977) and the Loyola
University School of Law (J.D., 1983) where she was Executive Editor, Loyola
of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Journal. Ms. Sheldon practices
exclusively in the area of labor and employment law, representing a variety
of industries. She represents employers before state and federal and appellate
courts in all areas of employment law. Ms. Sheldon also represents employers
in employment related proceedings before administrative agencies, as well
as providing advice to clients in day-to-day employment related issues.
Ms. Sheldon is a member of the American and California Bar Association's
Labor and Employment Law and Litigation Sections, and is admitted to practice
before all state and federal courts in California.
