Vicky H. Lin is an associate with the firm and practices exclusively in
the area of labor and employment law on behalf of management. Ms. Lin graduated cum laude with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Literature and Government from Claremont McKenna College in 2003 and received her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2007.
While attending Vanderbilt, Ms. Lin was a Member of the Moot Court
Board and a member of the 2006-2007 Jessup International Law Moot Court Team. Ms. Lin also served on the Executive Committee of American
Constitution Society. In 2007, she received the Scholastic Excellence Award in the Advanced Labor and Employment Law Seminar.
