Partner Katherine Hren Speaker at Association of Southern California Defense Counsel

On April 21, 2016 Partner Katherine A. Hren will be giving a presentation to the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel titled “Be Prepared in 2016: DFEH Legal Update and New Employment Law Legislation.” For the past 16 years, Katherine has been representing employers in all areas of the employer-employee relationship. Katherine will be one of three panelists discussing the numerous changes affecting California employers, including changes to harassment policies, guidance for employers who employ transgender employees, and upcoming legislation affecting the workplace.
