Eric W. Mueller Presenter at Bruin Professionals – Century City Chapter

On March 8, 2016, Associate Eric W. Mueller will be giving a presentation to the Bruin Professionals – Century City Chapter, a UCLA Alumni Association dedicated to developing professional business relationships through sharing information, ideas, resources, advice, and referrals. The talk titled, “Minimum Wage Reform: The Real Impact on Employers” discusses the difficulties employers are facing trying to stay compliant as state and local governments continue to pass minimum wage and required benefit laws. The discussion focuses on the “Need to Knows” and common pitfalls about the newly passed Los Angeles and Santa Monica Minimum Wage Ordinances and California’s Paid Sick Leave law, which went into effect on January 1, 2016.
