John B. Golper Elected as Board of Director of Bruin Professionals

Senior Partner John Golper has been elected to a two year term as an At Large Member of the Board of Directors of Bruin Professionals for the 2014 and 2015 calendar years. Bruin Professionals is a business networking organization of professionals with at least seven years’ experience in their chosen fields which requires their members to have attended UCLA for at least two years, obtained undergraduate or graduate degrees from UCLA or be a current or former UCLA faculty member. Since graduating with his Juris Doctorate from UCLA Law School in 1975, John has been heavily involved in UCLA activities. In addition to his new role as a Board member of Bruin Professionals, John is a member of UCLA Law Deans Council, Chancellor’s Associates, Wooden Athletic Fund Coaches Roundtable and Life Member of the Alumni Association. Two of his sons also have obtained degrees from UCLA: Brian,his JD from UCLA Law School in 2010 and Todd, BA in History in 2013, who was also a four year scholarship football player (Linebacker).
